FCCSA Celebrating the Milestone: 2 Million Safe Man-Hours Achieved!

August, 2025
On 4th August 2025, we celebrated a remarkable achievement at the Amaala Triple Bay – Medical Wellness Project site: 2 million safe man-hours with zero Lost Time Injury under the Superstructure Concrete Works package. This significant milestone reflects the collective dedication to safety and excellence from all teams involved.

What made the event truly extraordinary was the strong and inspiring presence of Red Sea Global (RSG), whose support and participation elevated the atmosphere, making this celebration not just an achievement but a testimony to the power of collaboration and commitment to safety.

This achievement stands as a testament to the shared commitment, discipline, and teamwork of every individual on site—from workforce to management. It reflects the strength of our safety culture and our relentless drive to deliver this project safely, on time, and with uncompromised quality.

The event was filled with emotional moments, including speeches by FCCSA & RSG leadership, a moving video of our project achievements and safety initiatives, and inspiring testimonials from workers who made this achievement possible.

FCCSA’s commitment to excellence extends beyond compliance—it is at the heart of everything we do. In line with this, we are pleased to officially announce the launch of our Monthly HSE Awarding Program, starting this coming September, to recognize and reward exceptional safety performance across all levels.

Here’s to building a safer future together!
