Fatayerji Contracting Company Saudi Arabia (FCCSA) is proudly delivering a key portion of the prestigious Triple Bay Wellness project in Wajeh, KSA. The scope includes the execution of one Wellness Palace and thirteen high-end branded residences, forming a central part of Red Sea Global’s luxury development.

Scope of Work

FCCSA’s responsibilities encompass complete earthworks, waterproofing systems, substructure and superstructure construction, skim coating, cement and gypsum board installations, as well as complex precast elements.

A major milestone of the project was the successful implementation of value engineering strategies, where FCCSA led a critical redesign to convert significant portions of cast in situ concrete into more efficient steel structures, precast elements, and cement board systems—achieving time, quality, and sustainability benefits without compromising the architectural vision (look and feel).

The project features exceptionally demanding and intricate concrete geometries, requiring advanced construction techniques and close coordination between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
