Overview

Fatayerji Contracting Company (FCCSA) proudly undertook the full scope of works for the prestigious Ocean Golf Villas development within the AMAALA Project, Triple Bay. The project comprised the design development, engineering conversion to precast technology, and full execution of 154 luxury villas, each featuring private pools and perimeter fences. The villas were spread across five zones and covered eight unique architectural typologies.

Scope of Work

FCCSA was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of:

Design optimization and engineering conversion to precast construction methodology (substructure, and superstructure)

Earthworks and external works

First-fix MEP systems installation

Precast Production and Logistics

All precast elements were manufactured in FCC’s Jeddah facility and delivered to the remote coastal site using a dedicated daily fleet averaging 40 trailers per day. An impressive total of 43,000 precast elements were produced and delivered within just 6 months, maintaining an average of 300 precast pieces per day—a remarkable feat in fast-track construction logistics.

This project highlights FCCSA’s capacity to deliver high-end, large-scale residential communities with speed, engineering precision, and seamless coordination, fully aligned with the sustainability and quality standards of the Red Sea Global vision.
