Saudi National Guard Housing Development – 1,500 Soldier Villas

Scope of Work

FCCSA was entrusted with the execution of both precast and cast in situ concrete works for this large-scale housing development project, serving the Saudi Arabian National Guard.

Foundation Works:

Completed all civil and concrete foundation works for 500 villas using traditional cast in situ techniques, ensuring structural stability and compliance with the project’s rigorous standards.

Precast Concrete & Finishing Works:

Full-scale production, delivery, and installation of precast concrete components for 1,500 villas. Scope included walls, slabs, and architectural finishes, providing accelerated construction timelines and superior quality.

MEP Execution:

Comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works executed across all 1,500 villas, integrating services seamlessly into the precast structural system.
