KAPSARC Residential Security Fence (KAPSARC II)

As part of the prestigious King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) development, FCCSA was entrusted with the complete execution of the civil scope for the residential security perimeter— a mission-critical package integrating advanced defence infrastructure with architectural detailing.

FCCSA Scope Included

• Comprehensive Earthworks: Excavation, grading, and subbase preparation across challenging terrain to enable uninterrupted linear installation.
• Cast-in-Situ Reinforced Concrete Fence: A total of approximately 6–7 km of crash-rated perimeter fence, standing at 4 meters high, designed to meet both security and aesthetic standards.
• Architectural Form Liner Finish: Premium, textured concrete surface using high-quality form liners, delivering both structural performance and a refined, decorative appearance.
• Integration with Defence Systems: Embedded provisions for future electronic security installations, ensuring full compatibility with national defence-grade systems.
