Overview

FCCSA proudly executed the complete Civil and Precast Works for the perimeter fencing of the Saudi Arabian National Guard Housing Development in Thuwal, KSA.

Project Highlights:

• Design, production, and installation of villa boundary walls extending over 22.5 km, completed within 12 months.
• Earthworks & Civil Works: Site preparation, grading, and foundation works tailored to the local topography and soil conditions.
• Precast Elements: Footings and Wall Panels fully precast off-site, ensuring quality control and fast-track installation.
• Structural + Architectural function integrated into each wall unit.
• Aesthetic & Durability: Walls produced using white cement with custom pigmentation, delivering a refined architectural appearance.
• Final finish applied through medium-exposure sandblasting, resulting in a durable, textured exposed aggregate surface with minimal long-term maintenance.
