Located in Asfan, Jeddah, the FCC Precast Jeddah factory spanning a 130,000 sqm plot , with an average Concrete production capacity of 300 to 400 Thousands cu.m/year.

Production Area is divided into 4 zones:

1- Pre-stressed and special elements P-area - Fact I

2- Volumetric Modular Unit production P-area - Fact II

3- Precast panels and stairs production P-area - Fact III

4- Finishing and MEP installation works P- area - Fact IV & V

Factory I

Pre-stressed elements and Special elements:
200'000 sqm of Hollowcore slabs.
6500 special precast elements.

Factory II:

Modular & heavy special precast construction.
3000 volumetric modular units.
80'000 lm of pre-stressed beams/elements.

Factory III

Precast Panels production.
15'000 panels and stairs precast units.

Factory IV & V:

Supporting facility - Precast, MEP and finishing works.
50'000 sqm distributed to accommodate 78 wide multi purpose working stations.
It could serve for MEP and Finishing modular units or customized precast production.
