Overview

FCC successfully designed and constructed a fully integrated precast production facility in Jeddah to support a wide range of structural and architectural precast demands across the Kingdom. Delivered as a turnkey project, the facility includes complete infrastructure, utilities, production systems, and administrative support buildings.

Facility Components:

• Three specialized concrete batching plants for various mix designs
• Two pre-stressed casting abutments
• Three shaded production bays, fully equipped with tilting tables and custom moulds
• Four hollowcore beds for long-span precast slab production
• High-capacity overhead cranes serving all bays, with lifting capacities of up to 150 tons
• Steam curing system to support fast-track production
• Quality control laboratory for on-site testing and compliance verification
• Steel fabrication workshop and joinery workshop for reinforcement and mould production
• Fully equipped administration and engineering offices
